This cozy retreat offers an intimate atmosphere perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. Our facial treatments utilize products from an award-winning product line, BioElements, whose formulas are clinically proven to provide results.
Kelsey Cox, Esthetician
Meet Esthetic Complexions’ skin care specialist, Kelsey Cox. No matter your Complexion, Kelsey has a solution for you! Kelsey holds her Esthetician license with the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts and is BioElements certified, a professional skin care line used at Esthetic Complexions. Kelsey is passionate about skin care and beauty and is dedicated to helping you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin.
Kelsey specializes in brow laminations, lash lifts, makeup application, facials, acne treatment, anti-aging solutions, and waxing. Her journey in esthetics began with a deep fascination for skincare and beauty. Kelsey believes that personalized care is the key to achieving optimal results, and she tailors each treatment to meet her clients' individual needs and goals.

Kelsey was born and raised in Greenville, NC where she currently resides. She is a DH Conley High School graduate and obtained an Associates Degree at Pitt Community College. Kelsey later graduated from Beaufort County Community College with a degree in Esthetics, and she holds her Esthetician License with the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts. Kelsey enjoys being with the ones she loves, playing with her pets, traveling, and is a huge fan of all things fall and winter! Becoming an Esthetician and pursuing a career at Esthetic Complexions Day Spa in downtown Washington, NC, is a great accomplishment of hers. Kelsey's professional goals are to provide each client with what they need to look and feel like to be the best version of themselves!
